REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES

 Thooshan products are made from Agri waste and considered like a food product. Goods once purchased and received need to be informed of any defect during transport on the same day, with evidence by photos, email and transport details. We will replace the product within 7 days and NO refund is possible, for goods once purchased.

 Customer can cancel the product, if it’s not dispatched and refund will be initiated within 7 working days

 SHIPPING POLICIES

 Goods ordered through online will be dispatched within minimum 2 working days and a maximum of 5 working days, of receipt of 100% advance
